All students in Years 7 – 12 are required to wear a school blazer during Terms 2 and 3.  Blazers are only ordered once a year at the end of January and take up to 16 weeks to be delivered.  All new students coming into Year 7 will be fitted for a blazer during their appointment for a uniform fitting.  Our Shop staff will ensure that there is sufficient growth room for your daughter.  Payment for the blazer is preferred during the fitting and should not be ordered online.

Current students who may require a new blazer for the following year should ensure they come into the Shop for a fitting during Term 4.  If an order is not placed before the end of January, the following year we cannot guarantee we will have one in the correct size.

Our flexible exchange policy means that blazers can be exchanged right up until the start of Term 2. If you have purchased a blazer, please keep it in the bag provided and keep all tags attached in case of exchange/refund.

If you have paid for a blazer and have since found a second-hand one, then we are able to refund any money paid.

Blazer pockets are available if needed.

All students commencing in Years 5 and 7 are required to book an appointment through Moodle.   These instructions (including your Moodle sign-on) will be included in your Welcome Pack emailed prior to Orientation Day.

Appointments start the week following Orientation Day in October.  We encourage you to make an appointment as soon as possible during Term 4 as we cannot guarantee there will be appointments available during January.

At your appointment girls will be fitted for their formal and sport uniforms and any other compulsory items.  All Year 7 students will also be fitted for a blazer to be paid for on the day.  See additional information under Blazers.

Current students do not require an appointment.  General trading days are usually available prior to school starting if girls require additional uniforms, however we cannot guarantee this will be the case.   We would encourage older girls to come into the Shop during Term 4 for fittings.

Our Online Shop accepts MasterCard and Visa credit and debit cards.  Shop Pay and Google Pay may also be used.

The AHS Shop located at school is encouraging the use of card payments for all uniform items.

Students may bring a MasterCard or Visa card to the Shop for payment or alternatively pay with details from a parent’s card.  We do not keep card details on file.

Student cards are not compatible with our Shop and cannot be used.

Orders made through our Online Shop are processed each morning as well as during the day. 

Online orders of uniform items are available for Pick-Up only from 7.30am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from the school Shop.  Delivery is not offered on our range of uniform items.

Orders for items from our Merchandise Collection are available for delivery (additional cost), or they may be picked up from our school Shop (AHS community only).

We encourage current parents to use our Online Shop to order uniform items and Merchandise whenever possible.  (Parents should not order online if they are new to AHS and will be attending an appointment).

If you are uncertain of sizing for your daughter, please guess the size, order Online and we will try items on in the Shop and exchange if necessary. 

Refunds for Online orders will be processed directly back to card if needed.

All uniform items for exchange or refund should be returned in original packaging and with all tags attached.  We cannot exchange / refund anything that has been washed or worn and soiled unless there is a manufacturing fault. 

Items for exchange / refund that have been purchased over the counter at the Shop should be returned with the original receipt.
